Parents, we understand how busy your life gets. Between juggling your career, maintaining personal relationships, managing your child’s academics and extracurricular activities; the list goes on and on. Personally, I am always looking for quick snacks that I can prepare ahead of time to give myself a break. Here are some healthy recipes that you can try with your littles.

  • Frozen grapes

  • Veggie sticks and hummus

  • Chunky dark chocolate and peanut butter banana bites

  • Nuts or trail mix

  • Salami and cream cheese pinwheels

  • Baked sweet potato chips

  • Frozen yogurt bark

  • Hard boiled eggs

  • Protein balls

  • Fresh fruit or vegetables

  • Dried meat

  • String cheese

  • Avocado toast
