All therapy fees (e.g., co-payments, co-insurance, deductible) are due at the time of service.
In the event that your insurance company denies coverage for the services rendered, you are responsible to pay the full amount.
For private pay clients, we offer SuperBills to assist with receiving out-of-network reimbursement.

- Cash, checks, and credit cards are all accepted forms of payment
- We use a HIPPA compliant credit card system which is integrated within our client portal and electronic medical record system
- A credit card is required to be kept on file regardless of payment method
